Throughout his prestigious career, Kurt has been honored many times by receiving various awards.  Most recently, Kurt has received the Gustave Lussi Award given by the Professional Skaters' Association. Below is a list of Kurt's many  outstanding acheivements.

In 1994, the People of Canada gave Kurt a very special honour.  They believed that Kurt  deserved a gold medal for all that he had given them. People sent gold from all over Canada to make Kurt his very own Gold Medal.
